Advice Hunt

Here’s a wish list of big-ticket projects and purchases I’m considering in the next five years. Got recommendations?

INTERIOR: front screen door.

YARD: large patio (concrete or brick) in back; easy-care plantings and mulch; grasses or plants to surround the pond and conceal the plastic rim.
